Vietnam Cong Dong Floating Village Photographs by Adam Martin
I shot this series whilst working as a "fixer" for a Lone Wolf Production inconjunction with National Geographic between 29 July & 2 August 2011. We were there to film the floating village as part of a Nat Geo series on the oceans.
Initially we were hampered by the arrival of Nock Ten a typhoon that sprung out of the Philippines. This curtailed the shoot out on the water as all boats were called back to port or not allowed to leave due to the conditions. In the meantime Mark and Heeth got busy filming around Hong Gai Market and from the top of Nui Bai Tho a limestone karst that overlooks Hong Gai and out to Bai Tu Long.
